As the founder, Razia Baqai, is shaped by the experience, conviction, and willingness to build what does not yet exist. Her career spans Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the United States, shaped by diplomacy, science, and senior advisory roles.
As a former U.S. diplomat, she led billion-dollar portfolios across water, energy, and climate strategy. She advised presidents and ministers, partnered with global CEOs, and worked directly with operators on the ground. Across every context, she learned one truth: strategy only succeeds when it aligns with political, cultural, and operational reality.
